PARMESAN TRUFFLED FRENCH FRIES
Totally indulgent with truffle flavor but with much less fat (and guilt!). Dip the fries in our truffle mayo to take this recipe totally over the top~
Ingredients
2 medium Russet potatoes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon truffle oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon truffle oil
1/3 cup good-quality mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into 1/4-inch fries. Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl of cold water and let the potatoes soak for 15 minutes.
2. Drain the potatoes and pat then dry with paper towels. Place the cut potatoes in a dry bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat well.
3. Place the potatoes in the basket of your Kalorik Air Fryer in a single layer and air fry at 400ºF for 8 minutes. Shake the basket to toss the fries, then air fry at 380ºF for 8 minutes more, or until crispy and golden. Remove the fries from the air fryer and drizzle them with 1 tablespoon truffle oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
4. Meanwhile, to make the truffle mayo, whisk together the mayonnaise and truffle oil. Serve fries with truffle mayo for dipping.
