Aleisha Mom's - A Very Strawberry Cake
This is My Mom’s Popular Strawberry Cake (the most requested birthday cake from the family!)
Ingredients
- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup liquid strawberries (fresh strawberries blended and liquified)
- 4 eggs
- 1 (big) box of strawberry Jell-O
ICING

1 cup liquid strawberries (fresh strawberries blended and liquified)

1 package of cream cheese (a little melted to smooth it out)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tub cool whip
Directions

Grease the sides and bottom of three round cake pans.

Cut out parchment paper for the bottom of the pans.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
WHITE CAKE MIX

Bake according to the cake mix directions or follow:

In a large mixing bowl, empty the contents of the white cake mix.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.

Mix the cream cheese, liquified strawberries, and powdered sugar.

Fold in the cool whip.

Spread over your layers of cake.
Recipe Note
Chef's Tips: For a twist, try adding to your Strawberry Bliss Cake recipe by adding diced strawberries, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam to the white cake mix batter. Happy baking!
