Mom's Favorite Breakfast Sandwich

Mother's Day is a special day, and what better way to show Mom how much you love her than by making her favorite breakfast sandwich? This sandwich is not only delicious but also easy for kids to make. With just a few simple ingredients and some basic kitchen skills, you can whip up a tasty and satisfying breakfast for Mom in no time. So, gather your ingredients and get ready to surprise Mom with a breakfast she'll never forget!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 slices of ham

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


    Directions

    1. Preheat the Kalorik Air Fryer Oven to 350°F

    2. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them with salt and pepper.

    3. Melt the butter or heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

    4. Add the whisked eggs to the skillet and scramble them until they are fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

    5. Place the ham and cheese on the bottom of the English muffin.

    6. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto the ham and cheese.

    7. Place the top of the English muffin on each sandwich.

    8. Place the sandwiches in the Kalorik Air Fryer Oven and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated through.

    9. Serve warm. 


      Chef's Tip: You can add additional toppings such as avocado or hot sauce to customize your sandwich. Enjoy!
